XDrive is being built from real UK courier and transport experience, not as a generic software idea.
Transport work is often managed across phone calls, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, emails, separate POD files and disconnected finance records. XDrive is being developed to bring those daily workflows into one operational workspace, helping transport customers, courier companies, owner operators and drivers keep jobs, updates, documents and records connected.
Created around the practical problems seen in daily UK transport work: job updates, driver communication, POD handling, invoices and operational visibility.
XDrive is currently in MVP / early-access development. The platform is being tested and refined before wider public release.
The goal is to connect requests, quotes, assignments, delivery progress, POD records and finance visibility in one structured workspace.
The platform is being shaped around the operational problems transport teams deal with every day.
Job details can get buried in emails, calls and WhatsApp messages. XDrive is designed to keep requests, quotes, allocations and updates attached to the same job record.
Dispatchers need to know what is happening without constant phone calls. XDrive is designed to support driver status updates, collection progress, delivery progress and POD upload from one workflow.
Proof of delivery is valuable only when it stays linked to the completed job. XDrive is designed to keep PODs, delivery records and job history together.
Completed work, POD checks, invoices and payment status should not sit in separate places. XDrive is designed to connect finance records to the operational job history.
Courier companies need clearer visibility over drivers, vehicles, availability and future positions. XDrive is being shaped to support fleet and driver coordination.
XDrive is not just another form or dashboard. The goal is to reduce reliance on spreadsheets, duplicated messages and disconnected systems.
Each workspace is intended to answer a practical commercial question: what does this user gain from XDrive today as the platform is being built out?
